Located in Capitol Hill's incredible Pike/Pine corridor, we are in the heart of the action of Seattle's most dynamic and entertaining neighborhood. A mere 10-15 minute walk from downtown, we are convenient to the convention center, downtown shopping district, and Pike Place Market. With literally hundreds of restaurants, bars, and boutiques in our neighborhood, you might not even care to leave Capitol Hill!

Our rentals reflect our values: we don't skimp on the important stuff, and we won't charge you extra for a bunch of bells and whistles you don't need. We buy high quality beds and linens to ensure you sleep in luxury, and we decorate with our own art and sensibilities. We have efficiency studios up to 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units. St. John's has an incredible history, and the owners have put painstaking care into restoring the original charm of the building, while equipping it with modern updates.. With a Walkscore of 99, the LINK Light Rail, and 8 different bus lines stopping within one block of our building, there's no need for a car when you stay with us.


Capitol Hill is a destination in itself. We have the city's best restaurants, stores, bars, theaters, live music - all within walking distance. St. John's is on the corner of East Pike and Harvard Avenue, one block from Broadway, which is the main North-South street in Capitol Hill. Directly across the street is a great supermarket, a drugstore, and a plethora of bars and restaurants.

We're surrounded by restaurants: three in our building, three more on our block and probably 100 other places to eat in the neighborhood! There are boutique stores with everything from clothes to vinyl records to antiques. Plus we have Seattle's best book store (Elliott Bay Books) three blocks away, a great record shop, a wonderful park, and the list goes on!

There is a parking lot is directly behind St. John's. We don't own the lot, but we do have passes that allow in and out privileges for $15 per day. We do suggest that you don't need a car while you stay with us. It's very easy to walk downtown from our location, and driving in Seattle is not fun! There is ample public transportation within easy walking distance, and plenty of taxis for hire.


Beyond the parking lot you can see our back deck. We have a gas barbecue, picnic table and lounge chairs on the deck, and you're welcome to use them while staying with us.

We have a three night minimum rental policy (exceptions made on a case-by-case basis). Prices vary depending on apartment, season and length of stay. Go to the Reserve page to check availability and book your reservation. Our calendar is always up to date.

Built in 1905, the building has a rich history and a classic layout that feels open and light filled. We have worked hard to make St. John's feel like a home with personality, class, and style.
